How long does processing and shipping take?

The processing time - until a product is ready for shipping - is 1 to 3 working days. The shipping time depends on your delivery address - the estimated shipping time will be shown at check out when choosing the shipping option.

Personalized products, which will be made after receiving the order, will have a processing time of at least 1 week but depending on the current order situation may also take up to 4 weeks.

Please note that strikes, blockages or loss on the part of the shipping service may lead to increased shipping times and are beyond our responsibility.

How much is shipping?

National - Germany: starting at 3,90 Euro

Europe: starting at 9,90

Worldwide: starting at 22,50 Euro

Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Am I allowed to cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order within 12 hours - afterwards it is possible that an order has already been shipped and therefore can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellations are not acceptable for digital downloads, discounted products and personalized oders.

Will returns get accepted?

If you wish to return a product, this is possible. The return must be sent within the following 2 weeks after receiving the goods from us. The receipt or a tracking number of the package must be sent to us as proof if you decide to return a product. The shipping cost is paid by the customer and will not be refunded by us. Furthermore, only returns of undamaged and unused goods will be accepted. It must be ensured that the goods are fully intact and well packaged at the time of shipping so that they can reach us safely.

If these points are met, the invoiced price of the product will be refunded.

Please note, the personalized jewelry pieces are excluded from returns.

Who is responsible for design and manufacturing?

Design and production is carried out by the owner of this business and will under no circumstances be carried out by third parties. Branded glass beads from various Japanese, Czech and Indian manufacturers, which are known for their high quality, are used for production. These include beads from Miyuki, TOHO, Rutkovsky, Sheen beads and others. For pieces of jewelry that are advertised as unique or limited edition, no information about the choice of beads or colors is published in order to prevent unwanted copying of the exact design.

How do I spot a genuine "Baffling Beads" jewelry piece?

By now all bead embroidered pieces are embossed with "MP" on their back. These letters stand for the first name "Maria" and the last name "Prauße" and therefore, mark genuine "Baffling Beads" jewelry pieces.

The earliest jewelry pieces do not have such an embossing. You can tell from the product photos whether a stamp is present or not. If it is, a product card will be provided with information about the jewelry, which includes the month and year of manufacture.

Do you use semi-precious stones?

Many of the jewelry pieces available here are made with cabochons or beads made of natural stone. When you buy these, you also receive a product card. It shows the names of the gemstones used and the period of manufacture.

Do you also sell on Etsy?
