Shipping policy
Processing time
Finished products from the current catalog are shipped within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed.
For personalized made-to-order items, a processing time is communicated in advance together with the offer. Depending on whether materials need to be ordered and how complex or large a desired jewelry piece is, the processing time can be several weeks to 2 months.
At certain times it is possible that a shipping break is announced shop-wide. This information is noted in the banner and on the "Announcements" page. In this case, the order will be shipped in the week following the shipping break.
Shipping options
Depending on the delivery address and size of the order, this can be either a large letter or a small package. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address to which both letters and packages can be delivered.
Shipping time
Regular shipping times are as follows:
Germany: 2 to 4 days
Central Europe: 5 to 8 days
Outside of Europe: 1 to 3 weeks
Please note that due to festivities, strikes and other events, the shipping time may vary from the norm and increase. This is not part of our responsibility and cannot be influenced by us.
Lost shipments or delivery not possible
When an order is handed over to the transport service, the responsibility passes to the customer to check whether the shipment can be delivered correctly. This can be checked via a tracking number. In the event of undeliverability or the delivery remaining at a certain location for a long time, this must be clarified by the customer. Customs may hold back the delivery or the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address. These problems must be resolved by the customer. If these probelsm are not being clarified within a few weeks, it is possible that the goods will be returned or, in the worst case scenario, scrapped.
Upon receipt of the return, the invoiced amount for the product will be refunded, but not the shipping cost. Open payments for custom fees etc. will get deducted from the refund. If charged costs are higher than the original payment, no refund will be given to the customer.
If the shipment is destroyed, the customer will not receive any money back.
Loss due to the transport service
If a delivery has not been made after several weeks and tracking does not provide any information as to where the delivery is, please contact us for support. We will start an investigation.
If the delivery is found, it will then get delivered to the customer.
If the delivery is not found, it will be reported as lost. In this case, we are prepared to refund the amount of the invoice issued - both jewelry and shipping cost. This process can take several months due to the long processing time on the part of the transport service provider.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes and other charges imposed by the customs of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by us.
