Refund policy
We offer a 14 day return policy. This means that after receiving the item, within 14 days the item can be returned. All orders are shipped with tracking and the 14 day return policy applies from the date the order was received by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer - unworn, intact and in the original packaging.

When the return has been approved by us, the item in question can be returned. Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Items returned to us without a return being requested first will not be refunded.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or coupons, or refund digital downloads.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. However, you are entitled to a refund under the conditions stated above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
